We’re really excited to be back on the festival circuit with two of the best music and beer festivals in the country.

First up there is Oakfest 16 on 11th June. This is an amazing 11 hours of family fun with non-stop music from top local bands and artists. We will be setting up and running the bar with a great range of beers from local breweries and other popular drinks to suit all tastes. This is the third year the festival has run and it just goes from strength to strength. We are very proud to be sponsoring this superb event.

The following month, on 2nd July, sees the Haddenham Summerfest beer festival which justifiably lays claim to being the biggest one day festival in the country. This year we will be looking at providing 150 (Yes! One Hundred and Fifty) firkins of carefully selected ales from our fabulous local breweries and, of course, some of the wonderful smaller breweries from across the country together with lagers, craft ales, wines, Pimms, craft gins, cocktails and anything else we can think of! The festival starts at 11am and, once again, there will be all day music from top local bands. A fine array of Artisan food stalls will provide the nourishment. Again, we are very proud to be sponsoring this festival.

First of all I have to apologise for the lack of updates last year – we were unbelievably busy and barely got time to think let alone update the website!

Anyway, 2016 dawns and it’s going to be fun! We already have quite a number of weddings, parties and festivals booked in – if you’re thinking of a ‘do’ then please get in touch asap as the diary is filling up.

Last year we met a lot of lovely people and made some excellent contacts with new drinks producers – we’d love to introduce them to you as well so, whatever your event and whatever your requirements, we’re sure we can find just the thing you need. Just ask!

Just a quick update after the frenetic activities at the Haddenham Beer Festival last month.

For those who didn’t make it, we got through around 100 real ales and over 50 ciders plus gallons of Lager, Pimms and wine. For those who did make it – have you recovered yet? 🙂

Well, let’s hope you have because we’re back at Vale Harvest in Haddenham this Saturday, 2^nd August and do we have a treat for you!

With scant regard for life and limb I ventured into deepest, darkest, Oxfordshire looking for more quality ales and cider to tickle your taste buds.

I’m pleased to say the escapade was a complete success and, on top of our regular local breweries, we can now offer you 4 excellent ales from the Shotover Brewery and a range of Hitchcox ciders from the Orchard Cottage Cider Company (they are so far off the beaten track it actually took me 2 trips to find them!) These ciders are made with entirely natural ingredients, no artificial sugars or flavours – fabulous!

Maria and I would love to see you on Saturday – please drop by for a chat and, if you went, let us know what you thought of the Beer Festival (and, if you didn’t go I want a note to say why!)

It’s that time of year again- the Haddenham Summerfest Beer Festival is less than two weeks away!

Pretty much everything else has stopped now while Maria and I work on getting 100 – yes, 100 – barrels of beer lined up for your delictation. That’s 900 gallons, or 7200 pints. And it will all go in one day!

But just in case you’re still thirsty we’ve also sourced craft lager, local & distant ciders and delicious wines. There’s something for everyone.
